 BFA Tenedora de Acciones S.A.U., is 100% owned by FROB, and is in turn a minority shareholder with a significant position in CaixaBank, S.A. (18,1%).

FROB, as a Legal entity, is Director in BFA´s Board, represented by FROB´s Financial Director.  The Board has two other members and a Secretary (non-board member and without vote).
