Refusal decisions on Transparency
Article 14.3 of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, establishes that Refusal decisions based on the causes referred to in Article 14.1, shall be made public stating the reason for refusal and after removal of any personal information they might contain.
In compliance with the abovementioned article, this section includes the decisions agreed upon by FROB´s Governing Committee in which access to the public information requested has been limited, totally or partially, in compliance with the provisions of article 14.1 of the Transparency Law.
